Clara for Android — Product Terms

What Clara is
Clara is a one-time Android app. The price is $2.95, paid through Stripe. It is not a subscription. It does not renew, and there is no monthly plan.
After payment the buyer receives the download. The app requires Android 8 or newer.
What Clara does
The buyer enters a product name, a description, and a photo, then picks a style — Guide, Launch, or Field. Clara writes a blog post from that input. The buyer can copy it, save it, or send it. Clara does not publish the post on the buyer's behalf.
Writing a post requires an internet connection. A blank draft does not. If the phone is offline, the post will not be written.
Your data
The product name, description, and photo are used only to write that post. Drafts and the photo stay on the phone unless the buyer copies or sends them. To write the post, the brief is sent to the writing service. It is not used to build a profile of the buyer.
Refund policy
Clara is a digital download. If the app will not install, or will not open the form, on Android 8 or newer, email majorturkey82@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and that purchase will be refunded.
Once the form opens, the download has been delivered. A post the buyer wants written differently is not a failed delivery — they can write it again.
This refund policy does not limit any refund right the law already gives the buyer.
These terms apply to Clara only. The wholesale shop, RC Marketplace, and AI Image Generator are governed by their own terms and are not part of a Clara purchase. The Subscription Terms do not apply to Clara. Subscription Terms do not apply to Clara.
