Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

These Subscription Terms cover the AI Image Generator and RC Marketplace Membership only — the two recurring paid plans offered on MajorTurkey / NicKnack. Current plan pricing and features are displayed at the time of purchase.

Clara for Android is not a subscription. Clara is a $2.95 one-time purchase and is not governed by these Subscription Terms. Clara's refund and delivery terms are described on the Clara Terms page and in the Refund Policy. Clara Terms and in the Refund Policy.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms and our .Terms of Use.

2. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). By subscribing, you authorize MajorTurkey / NicKnack (through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.) to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. Charges appear on your statement as MAJORTURKEY or NICKNACK.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Subscription after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Subscription at any time:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to Subscription features through the end of the paid period. We do not prorate or refund partial billing periods.

Cancelling a Subscription does not delete your account. You may resubscribe at any time.

4. Refund Policy

All Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refunds are not provided for:

• Partial months or billing periods
• Failure to cancel before a renewal date
• Dissatisfaction with features or content
• Unused portions of a Subscription period

If you believe you were charged in error, contact within 7 days of the charge. We will review your request and, at our sole discretion, may issue a refund or credit.majorturkey82@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides statutory refund rights (such as the EU or UK), those rights are not affected by this policy.

5. Free Trials

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your Subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your access to Subscription features until payment is received. We will notify you by email if a payment fails. If payment is not received within a reasonable period, your Subscription may be cancelled.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard encryption and is not stored on our servers. MajorTurkey / NicKnack receives only a tokenized reference to your payment method.

8. Managing Your Subscription

You can view your current plan, update your payment method, and cancel at any time by visiting majorturkey.org/account/subscription or emailing majorturkey82@gmail.com.
